Responsibilities:● Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over live chat, our ticketing system, or email ● Ensure delivery of prompt, empathetic, and helpful responses to user inquiries ● Leave every prospective and current customer feeling loved and valued● Follow existing support processes and offer new ideas to maintain client satisfaction● Perform remote troubleshooting and work closely with other team members
● Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Trello, Braintree/PayPal or any other billing system
● Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English (minimum B2)
● Understanding of the current social media landscape
● Unparalleled organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple relationships at once and a passion for customer happiness
● Previous professional experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role is plus
