Responsibilities:● Manage GTM initiatives for one of the strategic verticals● Provide needed materials and coordinate Product, Sales, Marketing, and CSM initiatives as vertical’s product leader● Research customer needs and market trends (customer interviews, competitors research, consultants)● Develop and support needed Product set and roadmap● The ultimate goal is constantly to develop the best Product feature set for this vertical and grow its presence on the market.
Required Skills:● Experience in product management frameworks (prioritization, JTDB, KANO)● Experience in the customer development process● Unparalleled organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills
● 3+ years of product management experience. Preferably in SaaS, CRM, ESP
● 5+ years of industry experience in digital marketing, web-development, eCommerce

First 3 months:● Research competitors, customers, and product strategy for Direct Sales vertical● Analyze current GTM strategy and support initiatives● Manage product research and development● Play role of Solution Consultant on pre-sale process● Train sales team with new features and solution● Cooperate with marketing and sales on launching brand awareness and demand generation campaigns
