Responsibilities:● End-to-end sales process, from cold calling to closing deals (Prospecting | Qualification | Prioritisation | Identifying Decision Makers | Overcoming Objections | Closing)● Identifying the client’s needs, and providing information about the product. Preparing individual propositions for clients● Conduct Meetings to present the product.● Document Sales Activities in our software (Pipedrive, Outreach, Intercom)● Prepare weekly reports● Make cold and follow-up calls
Requirements: ● Work experience from 2 years as SDR● Excellent communicator in English (written and spoken)● Excellent writing and communication skills● Ideally, this person has a strong sales background in IT and consultative sales style● Understanding of the sales process● Result-oriented● Open-minded and extroverted person, who likes communicating with the team and potential customers.● Experience in active and passive communication with foreign clients/customers.● Understanding of the culture of the US clients● Previous work experience in IT/B2B SaaS company at Sales/Customer Success Position
As a plus:
● Experience in customer support, call centers, sales departments will be an advantage.● At least 6 months working preferably for the US/Canada/UK market.
