Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Global Markets)

We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Global Markets)

● Build strong working relationships with assigned partners ● Develop an efficient partner marketing playbook ● Document and execute a partner marketing plan● Design, develop and execute campaigns with our channel partners across the globe based on a playbook and a plan ● Work with channels team to own and rollout marketing elements of GTM, including collateral, messaging, and communication● Work with the channel's team on partner engagement campaigns and events (marketing days, onboarding sessions, monthly digests, etc.)● Work with Sales/Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and manage channel sales collateral● Be the focal contact for partner's marketing teams. Present the channel marketing strategy & identify opportunities and ensure our approach is integrated into the marketing strategy for these partners. ● Work with sales, BDR, and marketing teams to ensure the team leverages channel marketing opportunities and support pipeline growth● Report of metrics, ROI, and spend for all channel marketing activities● Manage budget and provide accurate forecasting of Marketing Development Funds across a range of partner accounts● Update the Partner Portal with partner marketing materials Identify areas for partner marketing process improvement and partner relationship management improvement● Manage Partners' presence and sponsorship activity at Creatio's global events● Proactively work as a channel advocate across the marketing team, assuring the channel is included in the content, communications, and demand-gen activity

Desired Skills and Experience:
● Bachelor's degree ● 5+ years B2B Marketing experience● Experience working in software/digital space ● Powerful communication skills, well-developed presentation skills ● Ability to execute in semi-structured environments ● Experience designing and delivering all external-facing communication and marketing collateral● Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally

Will be an advantage:
